Maltese cape
The Maltese cloak is only bestowed when you are a full member of the Order of the Maltese Knights. When you have proved your worth and willingness to join the fellowship, you are presented with a silk cloak as a sign of your enrolment. The cloak is also a signal to the rest of the world that the Maltese Knights stand together through thick and thin.
